We are passionate about the impact that coaching mindsets and behaviours can have on individuals and organisations. Equipping leaders to be curious and self- aware leads to increased effectiveness of diverse teams, innovation, agility in decision-making and resilience.
We’ve been building a community that gathers people with influence in the coachingworld, in order to increase and demonstrate the value of coaching in organisations. We want to make connections, explore challenges and opportunities in the coaching system,collaborate on ideas and stretch one another’s thinking.
